Build the mark
Develop the athlete and choose races that create credible opportunities.
One coach builds the athlete, organizes the recruiting process, and prepares the family for every call, visit, and decision.
College coaches can find results. What they need is a recruit who is easy to evaluate, easy to contact, and ready for the conversation.
Develop the athlete and choose races that create credible opportunities.
Package verified marks, academics, film, goals, and program fit clearly.
Contact, follow up, prepare for calls, plan visits, and compare offers.
I did not begin as a blue-chip recruit. The recruiting process felt unclear until one coach gave me an opportunity. I learned quickly that talent matters, but preparation, communication, and fit decide whether an opportunity becomes a real path.
At Fresno Pacific, I developed from a 16:20 collegiate 5K opener to 14:09.34. I ran 3:48.37 for 1500 meters, finished second at the 2023 PacWest Championships, competed at the NCAA Division II Cross Country Championships, and recorded performances listed by World Athletics.
I later served as Fresno Pacific’s Interim Cross Country and Track and Field Assistant Coach. I recruited athletes, built meet itineraries, organized travel, supported race-day operations, and worked directly with developing competitors.
After helping high school athletes navigate recruiting for another service, I built RX Recruiting as my own independent system. The goal is simple: give athletes the preparation and clarity I did not have at the start.

We eliminate the guesswork in the recruiting process. We do not rely on hope, mass emails, or vague promises. Instead, I help you implement the systems and mechanisms required to make your athlete more visible and easier for coaches to evaluate.
I set up the infrastructure using verified performance data and strategic technology that allows your athlete to stand out. My role is to build the system that puts your athlete in the best position to be seen, while the athlete focuses on the performance needed to close the deal.
Use verified marks, academics, race video, program fit, and organized digital tools to give coaches the information they need quickly. AI can support research and organization, but every message remains personal and athlete-led.
Recruiting begins with development. Training, race selection, mechanics, recovery, and competitive habits work together to produce credible marks at the right time.
Prepare the athlete to communicate clearly, compete under pressure, handle coach calls, ask better questions, and make decisions based on fit instead of attention alone.

Real coaching is more than writing workouts. It is preparation, travel, trust, competition, and showing up when the result matters.
Training and recruiting should run from the same calendar. Every race, email, call, and visit needs a purpose.
Individualized distance training, weekly review, performance goals, and race selection for 800 meters through 5K and cross country.
Verified results, academics, race video, athlete profile, program criteria, and a clear list of next actions.
A matched school list, student-led communication, responsible follow-up, and an organized coach-response tracker.
Coach-call preparation, visit itineraries, questions to ask, roster and scholarship context, and side-by-side program comparison.
For families ready to do the work with a clear system.
For athletes who already have training support and need recruiting leadership.
One plan for development, racing, recruiting, and decision-making.
A practical, original field guide for athletes and parents who need a plan before they need a full service.
This is not a list of private coach contacts and it is not copied from another company. It is your operating system for researching programs, presenting the athlete, following up professionally, and preparing for real conversations.
One payment. Immediate working system.
That depends on event, academics, development trend, division, and program. We begin with an honest fit assessment. If the current marks do not match the goal, we identify the performance gap and a realistic path forward.
That is fine. Managed Recruiting can support the recruiting process while the current coach continues training. I communicate clearly and respect the existing coaching relationship.
No responsible coach can guarantee a decision made by another program. I provide development, preparation, organization, and consistent execution so the athlete can present the strongest honest case.
Sophomore or junior year creates the most runway. Seniors can still find opportunities, but the school list and outreach schedule need to move quickly.
Distance is my specialty. I competed and coached across the 800, 1500, 3000, 5000, and cross country. Athletes deserve event-specific expertise.
We will review the athlete’s marks, academics, goals, current support, and recruiting timeline. You will leave knowing the next right move.
