COACH RESPONSES
Reply within 24 hours. List the meet, date, event, expected race time, and result link when available. Add the follow-up date to your tasks.
Complete it carefully, then email the coach confirming submission. Keep your academics, PRs, and contact information consistent across both records.
Ask which event or performance range would make you more competitive. Thank the coach, update your target, and reconnect only after a meaningful result.
Wait 7–10 days, send one concise final follow-up, then shift attention to other realistic programs while continuing to share major updates.
