Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026
In plain terms: we collect the information families give us through our forms (Match Report, application funnels, readiness assessment) to evaluate recruiting fit and follow up about our services. We don't sell your data. We share it only with the tools that make our service work (listed below), and with college coaches only when a family actively directs us to as part of an outreach campaign.

Who this applies to

This policy covers rxrecruit.online and its subpages, including the application funnels (/apply/, /assessment/) and the athlete portal. Because our services are used by high school athletes, many of whom are minors, our forms are intended to be completed by a parent or legal guardian, or by the athlete with a parent or guardian's involvement.

What we collect

Depending on which form you complete, we may collect:

How we use it

Who we share it with

We use a small number of third-party tools to actually run the business. Submitting a form may send your information to:

We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not share it with college coaches or programs except as part of an outreach campaign a family has actively engaged us to run.

Data retention

We keep application and contact information for as long as reasonably needed to provide our services and respond to your inquiry, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you or your athlete at any time by emailing us (see contact below). If a form was submitted about a minor, the minor's parent or guardian can make this request.

Cookies and local storage

Our application funnels temporarily save your in-progress answers in your browser's local storage so nothing is lost if the page reloads. This data stays on your device and is not automatically transmitted anywhere beyond the submission itself.

Children's privacy

Our services are designed for high school athletes, many of whom are minors. We intend for forms concerning a minor to be completed by, or with the direct involvement of, that minor's parent or legal guardian. If you believe a minor has submitted information without appropriate parental or guardian involvement, contact us and we will address it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services change. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision.
